N.C. State Fair Recipe: ‘Hidden Treasures’ Pecan Bars

This week the N.C. Pecan Association held a recipe contest at the N.C. State Fair. Carol Brown of Mebane placed first and earned $125 for her “Hidden Treasures” Pecan Bars.
