- Recently, I saw some information about cost-share and support resources offered by the N.C. Agromedicine Institute that I thought many farmers may find useful. So, I wanted to pass it along.
- The Agromedicine Institute has cost-share funds for migrant housing internet connectivity, and transportation and sanitation equipment and supplies.
- Additionally, PPE for pesticide application is available through the institute at 50 percent of the state contract rate and counseling sessions are available for farmers, farm family members and farmworkers who are uninsured or underinsured.
- A cost-share of up to $1,000 per migrant housing unit for the purchase of hot spots, routers, modems, antennaes, set-up fees and service payments is available.
