by | Jan 31, 2019

With the Super Bowl right around the corner, this last appetizer recipe will make for the perfect viewing party. This recipe is a little different from a traditional queso, since the dip has more of a kick. This recipe is delicious as it is, although some tasters suggested trying spicy sausage. Try it with local sausage found at your local farmers market or grocery store.

North Carolina ranks 2nd nationally in hog production behind Iowa. In 2017, hogs accounted for $2.34 billion, of cash receipts from farming in the state. This is a little over 20 percent of total cash receipts.
