WRAL reporter Brian Shrader and our own Lisa Prince feature seasonal recipes in their Got to Be Good Cookin’ segment using ingredients grown and available right here in North Carolina. This week’s recipe includes N.C.-grown green peppers and carrots.
A month of family favorite recipes of WRAL-TV personalities wraps up with Kelcey Carlson’s hot chipped beef dip. This dip is served warm with crackers and veggies. “This is a classic retro appetizer,” said Lisa. “If your parents had bridge night, then they probably had something similar to this dip. It is always good to enjoy the oldie but goodie recipes.”
