This month’s recipes feature favorites of WRAL-TV personalities. Roasted Garlic Cauliflower is a favorite of reporter Michelle Marsh. Lisa notes that “Michelle says her sister has been raving about this recipe, so she wanted to share it for that reason as well as the fact that cauliflower doesn’t get much love; broccoli gets all the attention.” Fellow reporter Kelcey Carlson adds, “it means you can have ice cream for dessert.”
