Today’s recipe is a pie featuring North Carolina peaches and honey. This pie doesn’t use any additional sugar or eggs, the sweetness comes from the peaches and the honey. Lisa suggests “using ripe, juicy, sweet peaches and serving with ice cream or whip cream.”
Hurry, though, North Carolina peaches won’t be in season for much longer.
