This month, Brian and Lisa focus on recipes using fresh N.C. corn. For this week, Lisa shares a family recipe for salmon cakes from her sister, Michele. Lisa and Brian put the salmon cakes on lettuce greens and covered it with a dressing made of lemon juice and olive oil.
