Brian and Lisa try a new recipe that would be perfect for a hot summer day or special occasion. Blueberry soup with sweet croutons is an easy meal that uses blueberries, lemonade concentrate, yogurt, lavendar and vanilla to make the soup, and croutons made of pound cake cubes. As Brian demonstrates in the video, you have to be careful with this recipe as you strain the blueberries so that you don’t stain your clothing.
Lisa mentions that the recipe comes from the March 2009 Southern Living magazine. She says it would be perfect with a fresh salad, some infused water and almond cookies.
