Brian and Lisa wrap up a month of egg recipes with this one for Orange French Toast Casserole. It’s perfect if you’re hosting brunch or need to feed a large group.
Several orange flavors appear in the casserole including orange peel, orange extract and orange juice. But don’t worry, Lisa says the flavor isn’t overwhelming. Instead, the final product has a subtle orange flavor that’s perfect for spring and summer. The casserole is topped with a mixture of N.C. pecans, butter, light brown sugar, light corn syrup and cinnamon.
