Brian and Lisa prepare a rich and creamy baked potato soup in this week’s segment of In the Kitchen. The soup is loaded with potatoes, heavy cream, whole milk and butter. Lisa says you can cut back on the calories by adding just half of the amount of heavy cream, using 1-percent milk instead of whole milk or sauteing the onions in olive oil instead of butter.
