You can almost taste summer with this light and creamy recipe for Blueberry Lemon Cream. To make the cream, blend cream cheese, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and lemon zest in a mixer. Next layer the lemon cream and fresh N.C. blueberries in individual wine glasses for serving. Finally, place the glasses in the refrigerator until you’re ready for dessert. Lisa also recommends topping each glass with a little bit of granola or whipped cream.
