For the past few weeks, Brian and Lisa have been preparing dessert recipes from the WRAL morning staff. You’ll probably need a large glass of N.C. milk to wash down these chocolate brownies submitted by meteorologist Elizabeth Gardner. This indulgent dessert features a layer of Symphony chocolate bars baked between two layers of Ghirardelli supreme chocolate brownies. Once baked, the brownies are topped with a fine dust of confectioner’s sugar. Lisa also recommends incorporating N.C. pecans into the batter for an added crunch.
