Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler sits down each week with Southern Farm Network’s Rhonda Garrison to discuss “Today’s Topic.”
The festival promotes N.C. agricultural products and celebrates the state’s farming heritage. Festival attractions will include the Food & Wine Expo, Masons’ Carolina Pig Jig, the Amran Shriners’ N.C. Fish Fry, carnival rides, live music, children’s activities and about 1,000 pieces of antique farm equipment. In the grandstand, there will be a lumberjack show, a draft horse pull and Border collie herding demonstrations.
Admission and parking for the festival are free.
