In this segment, Brian and Lisa prepare an incredible carrot cake recipe just in time for your Easter dinner. Nicole Miller took first place for the dessert at the N.C. Egg Association’s cooking competition during the 2010 N.C. State Fair. Lisa suggests covering the cake with crushed N.C. pecans after icing it to add an extra layer of flavor.
