In the Kitchen with Brian and Lisa: Whole baked chicken

Continuing a month of chicken recipes, Brian and Lisa prepare a whole baked chicken that is rich in flavor and light on the wallet. Lisa says that preparing a whole chicken is less expensive than buying pre-cut chicken breasts or thighs, and can make enough meat to use for several meals. The chicken, which is stuffed with fresh herbs and coated in an herb-butter mixture, can be used as leftovers in your own chicken salad recipe. It also can be used for a simple grilled chicken sandwich.
