For some, this week’s snow and ice allowed them to spend time with their families in the kitchen. Others were on the road and back to work in no time. Brian and Lisa were back to work in the kitchen preparing a pork loin with onions and field peas. The easy recipe requires little preparation and slow cooks for six hours. It can serve as an all-inclusive meal, or you can serve it with rice, cabbage or collards.
