Getting in shape with N.C. fruits and vegetables

by | Jul 19, 2010

The USDA recommends that each person consume one to three cups of vegetables and one to two cups of fruits on a daily basis. Sometimes it may seem difficult to eat your daily quota, but the abundance and variety of fresh N.C. fruits and vegetables should make it easier. Fresh fruits and vegetables, coupled with regular exercise, are all part of a healthier lifestyle as shown by Suzy Strawberry, Kernel Corn and Vegetable Man in the following video.
