Lisa and Brian continue a month of cooking heart-healthy recipes from Stacy Moretz, registered dietitian with WakeMed’s Corporate & Community Health Department. The final segment of the three-part series is a simple vegetable slaw with peppers, cucumbers, red onions, cilantro and edamame (soybeans).
