U.S.Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and Department of Education Secretary Arne Duncan made a trip to Eastern North Carolina this week to discuss rural revitalization. Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler joined in the community meetings and met with the secretaries.
