southernfarmnetwork1Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler sits down each week with the Southern Farm Network’s Rhonda Garrison to discuss “Today’s Topic.”

This week, Rhonda and Commissioner Troxler discuss the “Water Resource Policy Act of 2009,” a piece of legislation that says that all waters in the state are owned by the state, including ponds that farmers build on their land. Commissioner talks about the possible impacts that this legislation could have on farmers and their ability to produce food.
