The N.C. FFA Association’s 2008-09 state officers stopped by downtown Raleigh Tuesday to meet with Commissioner Troxler, discuss agricultural issues and take a quick tour of the department.

The group, all students at N.C. State along with state coordinator Jason Davis, had a wide variety of questions for the Commissioner ranging from biotechnology, the future of international marketing and trade, and even antique farm equipment. Courtney Clapp, Matthew Greene, Ashley Long, Kara Miller, Kristin Hargrove and Ray Scott Spence — decked out in their blue corduroy FFA jackets — took a minute to talk with us about their backgrounds in agricuture and their future plans in the industry. Check out the video and photo gallery, and head over to our Flickr page for all of the photos.
